1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms describe access to Lumio and are presented before registration or ordering. Reading a page is not blanket acceptance or consent to all data processing. This review version must be finalised with the operator identified in the legal information.
2. Description of Services
Lumio provides tools and a shared workspace for individuals, companies and accounting firms. Creating a company in Lumio creates a digital record, not a company registered in the commercial register. Assignment to a firm enables platform collaboration; it does not replace an accepted engagement defining services, fees, responsibilities and access rights. Representation before an authority may require a separate power of attorney. Uploading or approving a document is not official filing: the official channel and receipt must be verified.
3. User Account
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Before a paid order, the offer must specify the service, total CHF price, applicable VAT, mandatory fees, duration, renewal and cancellation or refund terms. The customer must be able to review and correct the order before confirmation. Accepted order-specific prices and terms apply subject to mandatory law. Swiss law does not provide a general fourteen-day withdrawal right for every online purchase; a contractual or other applicable right may exist. Pricing and sales conditions must match the order.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and technologies on lumio are the property of lumio or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Simulations, AI answers and templates are indicative and may contain errors or become outdated. Check them against the year, canton, municipality and client situation before use. They guarantee neither tax savings nor official approval. Liability depends on the service and applicable contract. No clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including intent or gross negligence under CO article 100, or mandatory consumer rights.
7. Data Protection
The privacy policy explains data, purposes, recipients, retention, tracking technologies and rights. Firm access must match an authorised relationship and agreed engagement. Changing firms requires access review and clarification of legally required archives; it does not automatically transfer all history or permissions. Viewing Lumio is not blanket consent to all processing.
8. Changes to Terms
Changes must be dated and communicated appropriately. Material or contractual changes requiring renewed acceptance are not imposed merely by publishing them. Existing accepted orders and mandatory rights must be respected.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or abusive use of the platform.
10. Contact
The Lumio operator must be identified for accounts, billing and platform operations. Your chosen accounting firm determines the purposes of its accounting or tax engagement. Contracts must define these roles and any processing on another party’s behalf. The reference contact supplied for this project is Contact@lynvia.ch, Avenue de Tourbillon 34, 1950 Sion. This contact alone does not establish the legal identity of the Lumio operator.
11. Applicable law and canton
Swiss law applies subject to applicable mandatory rules. Sion is in the canton of Valais. The competent tax canton and municipality depend on the client’s domicile, registered office, establishments or property and the tax period. For a Valais case, consult the cantonal tax service and Valais legislation; for another canton, consult that canton’s authority. No exclusive Sion forum is imposed on consumers: mandatory jurisdiction rights remain reserved.
