These conditions define the terms of access and use of the lumio platform, as well as the pricing conditions applicable to the various subscriptions offered.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually according to the subscriber's choice. Payment is due in advance for each period. In case of non-payment, access to the platform may be suspended. Prices are expressed in CHF, including VAT at the applicable legal rate.
Fiduciaries benefit from a 15-day free trial period from the date of registration. No payment is required during this period. At the end of the trial period, the chosen subscription is automatically activated unless previously cancelled.
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. No refund is granted for the remaining period, unless otherwise required by law.
lumio reserves the right to modify its prices with one month's notice. Current subscribers will be informed by email. In case of disagreement, the subscriber may cancel their subscription before the new price comes into effect.
